Why we ask for a £35 booking deposit
Sadly, missed appointments have become increasingly common across Jersey. This is not limited to this practice: GP, dental and other private clinics face the same problem, and deposits are now commonly used to protect limited appointment time. When somebody does not attend, particularly during high-demand clinic hours, another patient loses the opportunity to be seen.
The £35 is not an additional charge. It is deducted in full from the cost of your appointment.
The deposit is paid securely during booking using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a debit or credit card. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are shown during the booking process.

American Express is accepted, including for clients who prefer to collect Avios.
