The two-dose rule

Please request your prescription while you still have two weekly doses remaining. Allow up to 14 days so that holidays, supply problems or disruption getting medication onto the Island do not interrupt your treatment.

Before using this form

Use it only for medication and a strength previously prescribed by Dr Greig.
Do not use it to request a dose change.
Do not use it to report a side effect or medical problem—contact Dr Greig via the Contact page.
A request is not an automatic prescription. Dr Greig will review it before deciding whether prescribing remains appropriate.

Prescriptions are normally delivered to Castle Quay Pharmacy. You may instead choose to collect the paper prescription from reception and take it to another pharmacy.
